Terms of Service

1) Services
We provide the AI Growth System™ (AI-Smart Website/CRO, instant chat/SMS + missed-call text-back, 24/7 AI inbound agent, review engine, GBP momentum, tracking & reporting).
2) Trial & Term
14-Day Free Pilot (Growth Investment): $0 today. Cancel by Day 14, 23:59 AEST/AEDT to avoid charges.
After Pilot: Investment starts based on your revenue opportunity (month-to-month billing, cancel anytime).
Investment Ranges: Starter Investment $497-$997/mo, Growth Investment $997-$1,497/mo, Scale Investment $1,497-$2,997/mo (all month-to-month, no lock-in contracts).
3-Month Prepay Option: Save 10% by prepaying 3 months upfront. All plans remain month-to-month with no lock-in contracts.
3) Fees & usage
- $47 one-time call-tracking number on paid plans.
- Messaging/voice usage charged at pass-through carrier rates (typical A$20–A$50/mo; volume-dependent).
- Prices are ex-GST unless stated otherwise. Invoices are payable in AUD.
4) Add-ons & Exclusivity
Optional add-ons (Listings Booster, Growth Essentials, Automation Power-Up, Custom Website Design) and District Exclusivity (+$200–$400/mo by tier) per your order.
5) Client responsibilities
Provide timely access to assets & accounts; keep contact data current; ensure messaging lists and content are lawful and consent-based; comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and platform policies.
6) Data & IP
- You own your data (calls, chats, bookings).
- We grant you a licence to use deliverables during the term. Our underlying methods, scripts, templates, and software remain our IP.
- You warrant you have rights to materials you provide.
7) Acceptable use
No illegal, abusive, or deceptive use; no prohibited content; no harassment or spam. We may suspend services for risk or policy breaches.
8) Availability & SLAs
Business-hours support Mon–Fri 9:00–5:00 AEST/AEDT; priority triage for call handling; scheduled change windows with rollback plans.
9) Confidentiality
Each party protects the other's non-public information and uses it only to deliver the services.
10) Warranties & disclaimers
We provide services with due care and skill. Except as required by law, we disclaim other warranties. Results vary by market, seasonality, and operations.
11) Liability cap
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. No indirect or consequential damages.
12) Indemnities
You indemnify us for losses arising from unlawful content, lack of permissions, or breach of these Terms.
13) Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not remedied within 14 days. Cancellations require 30 days' written notice. No lock-in contracts—cancel anytime.
14) Changes to services/terms
We may update features and these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
15) Governing law
New South Wales, Australia. Courts of NSW have exclusive jurisdiction.
